• Zinc phosphated using Asfocoat K provides better paint adhesion & corrosion resistance properties
• Composition formulated to operate at room temperature
• These deliver lower concentrations & shorter immersion times in comparison to that of Hot Zinc Phosphating
• Zinc phosphating can be done using Asfocoat KN prior to painting or powder coating process
• It also does not interfere with welding or soldering operations
• It is exceptionally ductile
• ASHTREAT-960 heat treatment salt provides excellent results for final hardening temperature for high speed steels
